I recently sold my condo in St. Albert. As a senior there was some anxiety and hesitation as to how I would proceed. A friend introduced me to a realtor, Nicole Toshack. I called on her to list my condo. My apprehension was quickly dispelled. Nicole was relaxed and reassuring and so pleasant. She proceeded with thoughtfulness and competency. She was prompt in all the transactions and my condo sold very quickly with no complications. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is selling property.

Nicole was terrific. She helped us find a new condo and then sell our present home. She was very helpful in suggesting where we could make improvements and had some good practical advice. She was always available to answer our questions and addressed our concerns. She kept us informed of any information from showings, so we felt we were on top of things.
