Nicole is such a professional. Every part of my real estate transaction went smoothly because of her knowledge, skills, and expertise. Nicole researched the market before we listed my condominium. We listed at a good price and had a number of showings. After each showing she diligently followed up to get feed back. She was in constant contact with me and guided me through the process in getting a fair price for my condominium. During the negotiations we were able to rely on Nicole’s knowledge of the market, specific details of my property, and the feed back from showings to assess my condominium’s value and negotiate a fair price. Once we had an accepted offer Nicole assisted me with subject removal completion of the transaction. I am very happy with the price I got for my condominium and the great service Nicole provided. I would highly recommend hiring her.
