I would highly recommend Nicole! She worked very hard at getting us exactly what we wanted. She was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. She was quick to communicate any information or offer on our property. We will definitely use Nicole in the future!

Nicole was very professional, informative on the market. We had very great contact, she kept us up to date with everything that was going on with our property, along with the market and what was happening in the Edmonton area and surrounding areas. She had our property on the Remax website and a virtual site to help with our sale. She took numerous pictures , helped us with staging our condo for showings. She stood by us thru this process and always had our best interests in each showing and offers. We are very happy to have had her for our realtor, she goes above and beyond for her customer.

Nicole assisted us in the sale of our home during a very tough time. Not only was the market low, but the time of year (middle of winter) was not ideal either. She gave us a very honest appraisal of what we could expect and what a reasonable selling price would be. We are confident we received top value for our home thanks to Nicole!

Nicole was a fantastic realtor for first time buyers like myself and my boyfriend. She walked us through the buying process from the get go and made sure to answer all our questions.(this included a welcome packet) She was dedicated night after night showing us all the houses we could find. Her knowledge of houses (electrical and plumbing) kept us from purchasing a house that could lead to problems down the way. When it came down to negotiations she was helpful and very informative. Keeping us up to date anytime she heard from the other realtor. And when the day for keys came she was waiting outside our new house with a welcoming gift basket. I would recommend her to everyone I knew buying a house. Nicole is a wonderful person and an amazing realtor.
