Sold our townhouse and bought a house with Nicole. We had high competition as there were 4 places for sale in our complex and we were the last ones to list, but she helped us navigate it extremely well. She was patient with prospective places to buy until we found the right one and she did a great job on the negotiation + post-inspection negotiation as well.

Our process was fairly lengthy due to probate (close to 12 months). The house for sale was in West Kelowna BC and all the family resided in Alberta. Nicole really went out of her way to support both us and the house sale. She is outstanding and I highly recommend her.
