Nicole Glanz is undoubtedly one of the best real estate agents out there. She worked over and above, for our family during a journey of distressing times, and accomplished with expertise, knowledge, caring, concern. and best of all, what we needed. We are so grateful.

Our process was fairly lengthy due to probate (close to 12 months). The house for sale was in West Kelowna BC and all the family resided in Alberta. Nicole really went out of her way to support both us and the house sale. She is outstanding and I highly recommend her.

Nicole is always on time, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are not only satisfied, but excited about their purchase. In my case, she helped me research different options within my price point and preferred areas (which isn't always easy in the Okanagan), and found me numerous options to choose from. She was always pleasant, kind, and ready to go no matter what.

What can I say about Nicole? She is diligent, thorough and organized. She will answer all your questions, go through the whole process step by step with you making sure that everything is perfect. She is so kind, and even involved our children in the process, making them laugh and smile through what can otherwise be a stressful time. She was an amazing realtor to work with and while we are happy our house sold, we are also sad because it means our time with Nicole is done! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with her to all of our friends and family. An outstanding choice!
