<p>We can't say enough good things about our realtor Nicola Campbell, she was ever so patient with us as we looked for the right home in the perfect location within our specific price point. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable of the market and the neighbourhoods we were interested in and her negotiation skills were on point. She also referred us to the best home inspector in the city who reaffirmed the home we chose was the right decision. Without a doubt we would (and already have) recommend Nicola to friends and family who are looking to buy or sell.</p>

<p>I can't say enough about Nicola!<br /> She is incredible - absolutely felt like she was 100% in our corner and had our bests interests at heart. Professionally, she was everything we could have hoped for and more. Personally, she is such a sweet person who we genuinely enjoyed spending time with!</p> <p>We have used her twice now, with our first-ever purchase and then (a mere 3 years later) with selling that condo and buying a townhouse.
