Nick was an amazing partner helping us sell our home! It was our first time selling a place and to add to our worries, we weren't locally present for most of the duration as well! This definitely added to our overall anxiety but Nick made it really simple! Communication with him is easy as he's always ready with a response. When we were looking for a realtor to partner with, both Nick and Sophia were great in explaining the breakdown of their offerings. It was refreshing when they didn't just push for an up-sell on the most expensive package as it didn't suit our needs. This was honestly refreshing! Nick went through our strategy for selling the place and made sure both my wife and I were comfortable with things. He catered it to suit our specific needs as well (details omitted for this review). I'd recommend him any day as a realtor to represent your best interest in the scenario you find yourselves in.
