Worked with Nick Wood from the beginning to the completed transaction and he was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, answered all our questions, responded timely, went out of his way to be sure we got what we needed, and worked well with everyone involved! We are from Ontario and we decided to come to Calgary over a long weekend. He did free three days to accommodate our schedule, being able to schedule visits of over 22 properties. Giving always the right advice, to have us happy, as opposed to others who rush you into a decision, only to secure a deal. Thanks to Nick, we got the dream house.

Nick was an exceptional agent. He was referred to us by a friend who said "you have to use this Realtor, I see his For Sale signs everywhere in our neighbourhood and every house sells right away". We researched him and interviewed him. The reviews are accurate. Nick is personable, has great communication and has the utmost of patience. Do to some unforeseen circumstances he ended up selling our house twice. The first sale was 10 days after listing, the second was about 10 hours. It was a sellers market but it takes more than a good market to sell a house. Nicks quick responses to phone calls and emails was outstanding. He was reassuring but realistic. We highly recommend Nick Wood.
