Nick is a smart realtor who I'd recommend for any first time home buyer. On our first meeting he answered a lot of questions I had, and was very knowledgeable; he shared many different insights he had about the market throughout our house hunting journey as well. During house hunting he pointed out potential issues with the property that I hadn't thought of, possible costs that could be associated with DIY fixes that would be needed, and/or general info about the area, which are all important and helpful tips as a first time home buyer. House hunting took several months for us, but Nick remained patient with us as our plans evolved. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase a property with the help of a knowledgeable realtor.
