Also, when she was out of town on vacation with her family, she was still taking the time to following up with us via email and text! Now that's a super agent! Nichola you are the best Real Estate agent anyone would want. This is our second time having Nichola help us purchase property - first a condo now a lake cabin.Nichola went above and beyond our expectations to find the property we would both be happy with and that all our family would enjoy. She is totally professional but more important always honest and straightforward with all her questions and answers, explaining everything to the max. We missed out on our first offer but Nichola kept us positive by saying "don't let this setback get you down because your perfect property is out there so be patient" - sure enough two days later our cabin came on the market. Nichola was very helpful in our attempt to sell our condo. Given the very poor market conditions, Nichola gave us straight, no nonsense answers on a regular basis for the outlook of our sale. We eventually pulled the property due to comparable sale prices. I would not attempt to sell a property in this market without Nichola's help, it is a necessity.
