What can I say about Nichola? She was like family right from the first time she stepped in our home to chat. We loved how she was very open and honest with us and helped to guide us through every step of the way. We had so many questions and at multiple times were discouraged with the waiting game. Nichola was always there to help ease our minds and helped us understand all that is going on and what to do next. As we finalized our sale and headed into this new world of buying our forever home for our family you can’t help but feel stressed. Honestly we had soo much fun shopping around with Nichola. It was like shopping with my sister. We then found our forever home and Nichola was more than gracious with helping to get what we wanted for the price we wanted. Now as I sit here drinking my morning coffee with my babies sleeping so soundly in their new room I can’t help but feel truly grateful for all that we have. Thank you Nichola Elise

Nichola was well diverse in the different types of houses. Clearly listened to all the pros/cons i felt about a house and modified our viewings to follow suite. Although we lost the bid on the first house, Nichola with ease help me get the one i'm in now that ended up with all the features and locations i wanted. She was great and fun to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Nichola helped me sell my first home in 2018 and purchase my current home in 2020. Selling my house was painfree with Nichola. She gave great advice for minor repairs, staging and arranged to have professional photos taken of the home. Purchasing was also a breeze with Nichola. Having decided last minute to put an offer on a home, she was more than happy to step in to represent me as a client. Again, amazing experience. Having sold and purchased a few homes to date, I appreciate her app "Coffee to Keys". It keeps all the important documents together, and reminds me of tasks or appointments. Overall an excellent experience, and would 100% recommend.

We had interviewed a handful of other realtors and didn’t have a good connection with any of them. We saw Nichola’s For Sale in our neighbourhood with a SOLD sign not too long after it went up. We met Nichola at our house and she was very professional, explaining the selling process in detail, including the market valuation and her exceptional marketing strategies elevated by mastermind groups. She also told us about a document I had to sign that no other realtors we interviewed ever made us aware of. We were sold on her, so there was no doubt she could sell our house! Not to mention our dog liked her and he doesn’t like many people at first. During the selling process Nichola’s communication was impeccable, which was made even easier via her app! She guided us through the negotiation process with potential buyers and sold our house in 11 days! The buyers requested a possession date that was 5 months out, which worked with our timeline. Then COVID hit and put us all through something we had never experienced. The buyers were having money issues and were not very responsive even after we tried to work something out with them. Nichola kept reaching out on our behalf, and she was constantly updating and guiding us with her expertise every step of the way. It all worked itself out in the end, but without her it would have been nightmare! We highly recommend Nichola to anyone looking to put their house on the market!
