Nic got us into our dream apartment! He came with us to a showing and pointed out all the pros and cons, and when we decided we were interested, he urged us to move quickly given the current market. Nic was fantastic at handling all the back and forth paperwork between us and the landlord. He was always available to answer questions and walked us through everything step by step.
