Nic helped ensure a smooth move for myself from BC to Ottawa. As I was unable to view the properties in person, Nic was super accommodating to FaceTime me while viewing the properties. My transaction with Nic took a very quick and easy 2 weeks from searching for a residence to signing the lease. He was very prompt and found me an apartment that met every single one of my wants and needs while staying within my budget. I took over the lease prior to my arrival in Ottawa and Nic was extremely kind to pick up the keys from the landlord and have them ready for me as soon as I landed. I absolutely love my apartment and am highly likely to extend my lease beyond the 1-year I initially signed for. I would highly recommend Nic for any real estate needs and would use him again for my real estate needs in the future!
