Neve, to me, epitomizes what a real estate agent should be in today’s market. Patient, alert, sensitive, astute, an articulate educator, a prime negotiator and closer, with a keen eye for the details. Patient in listening and getting to know her clients’ desires, wants, needs and nuances through multiple interactions. Alert, sensitive and alive to those preferences and that nuance (expressed and observed), innately transforming them into real market opportunities that fit—not only searching within the desired location but also recommending areas primed to be an even better match (that’s what happened in my case). Astute and articulate in educating you about the market, its current conditions, and the strategies employed, while seamlessly working with you to guide and navigate you through the purchasing process from start to finish. A strong, razor-sharp negotiator who leverages intelligence to bridge the gap to meet her client’s needs, closing the deal. And, a keen eye that notices pitfalls ranging from design flaws to a small inconvenience, all the way to the devil in the details in paperwork. But in my view, these are all valued intangibles that are only byproducts that emanate from Neve’s fundamental or core approach. Above all, Neve is a humanist. THAT to me, is the differentiator. The human, her client, is at the heart or forefront of everything she does. In a world that is designed and conditioned on the tenets of capitalism and swindling deals, Neve never loses sight of, sacrifices or compromises the human or human element—her client. She understands that is what drives true value, brings repeat customers, and builds a long-lasting foundation of trust. An approach I’m sure will resonate with anyone, but will be even more essential in dealings with the current generation and those to come as they try to establish a foothold in the market. To personalize this a bit more, I can say I was someone who wondered whether I’d ever get a foothold in the market and was sometimes disgruntled with it, but Neve was steadfast. She was enduring, calibrating, zoning in on the right approach and target (which turned out to be off market). She explored all options. In what rose to be an inflated market, she was able to find a place that would suit my needs, was comfortable in size, price and style, where I seemed to be a fit in community. Trust me, in this market, that was a VERY challenging and enduring task, certainly no easy one. But Neve was up to it. She never gave up in general, never gave up on herself and never gave up on me. She never yielded, never capitulated to the reality of the pressures of the market or sales, never relinquished. Simply put, Neve values you and your best interests first and foremost, and as a result, brings the intangibles that make her shine as a cut above. In a world where many will sacrifice or in some way abandon the human or humanity in general for a dollar, Neve is a rarity—truly a rare gem. Whether you’re taking your first step on the property ladder or have already climbed a few rungs, Neve is the real estate agent for you! Like a gem, you’d be hard-pressed to find better. She puts you, your comfort, and your interests first. She values you and knows how to build true value. The sale is not the aim; it’s the byproduct. Thank you, Neve, for everything!
