We were happy with Nesrine's knowledge of the real-estate market. She answered all our questions and allied any worries that we had concerning the selling and buying of the properties. We were also happy that she had a group of people that she trusted to help with any work that was needed to get the condo sold. We definitely recommend her if anyone is looking to buy or sell a property in Nova Scotia.

Nesrine is a very professional and courteous agent, was very punctual and answered all questions. If she did not have an answer she made sure to find the answer in a timely fashion. All my requests were respected and she was able to negotiate well. She was also very transparent throughout the whole process and had my best interests in mind.

Nesrine went above and beyond with regards to driving around regions in Nova Scotia that were of interest to us. She did alot of leg work on our behalf and we bought our property without being there in person. If Nesrine didn’t know the answer to one of our many questions, she would find out and get back to us in a prompt manner. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase the the community we are a part of.

When I decided to retire and move to Nova Scotia from Ontario it did not come as a bid surprise to not know exactly where I wanted to live when I first met Nesrine she had arranged to view 5 listings we spent that first day talking and viewing and she got to know exactly what I was looking for she answered every question with the professionalism and the care like I was the only one she was working for she spent so much time and effort to finally find the home that I purchased even after moving in Dec /23 she was always there to help out asking questions on anything else she could do she arranged everything from arranging my now lawyer to all municipal taxes, water , hydro etc even has arranged a contractor for some work I want to do in the spring to this day she stays in contact to assist me on all my needs if you are looking to purchase a house in Nova Scotia you do not need to go any further than Nesrine she is your one stop shopping to handle all your needs Nesrine Gerges Remax the only person to get you in the house of your dreams
