<p>We were very happy to have Neal as a realtor. He was great right from the start understanding our objectives in making a move work for our family. He took care of us to make sure that we wouldn't be unhappy at any step of the way. He went over and above and we felt 110% comfortable the whole time. He is professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and calm and level headed in his approach which we loved. We would highly recommend Neal and use him again for any real estate transaction.</p>

<p>Neal Sikkes is a very good broker . He is helpful and patient with me , an indecisive buyer . In fact , I first became his client over 2 years ago , he showed me properties I passed on because of fear of the high market . Since then the market has gone up further and I've wasted tens of thousands of dollars on rent . Of course prices could have gone the other way but my point is during that period Neal E-mailed me the deals in my price range , in an unpresured way kept me appraised of the places I might see myself in , and what was happening with the market values . When I was ready Neal immediately got me back into the viewings , a variety of places and prices so that within a month my sons and I had decided on a condo downtown . Neal was especially helpful negotiating the price , getting the improvements I wanted done , and then connected me with bankers , inspectors , and lawyers . Seemingly impossible and daunting and now it's all complete , painlessly . He is friendly and I am a grateful client .</p>
