Nayan, was great at communicating detailed required information to me. He was not at all tired of me cos, i wouldnt stop calling him and texting him. He was very quick in responding to calls and texts. If you call him past 9pm, he stills answers his phone to help, because he cares for all his clients. I infact, purchased a condo unit from him without even meeting him. It was all done by his experienced communication skills. He was honest and upfront with all the projects at his hand. I felt very satisfied and comfortable buying from him, with just the way he presented the project patiently and carefully to me. He is full of product knowledged.
