Excellent! and a very experienced real estate consultant who got a first time US home buyer fantastic deal in this seller's market. We are first time home buyers who moved from the US 2 months back after getting Canada PR. full of excitement since now we are out of the whole H1B loop and can buy a home , yeah!.
