Reliable, Accommodating, and Trustworthy! I purchased my first home through Navneet 10 years ago, recommended by a friend. Due to my previous positive experience, I returned to Navneet for my recent home purchase after a decade. Navneet is a very understanding and accommodating individual. Navneet demonstrated strong professionalism and provided great support from start to finish, making the process seamless and stress-free for my family. (Please read the whole review) I'm so happy I found Navneet to list my home that sold in 2 days with $72,000 over asking! I highly recommend Navneet for any and all of your real estate needs. It is hard in this day and age to find genuine and sincere real estate agents who will go above and beyond for their clients and who truly cares. He is very professional, knowledgeable and is honest. Also, never once was he critical of my property or was negative. He made me feel comfortable and his #1 goal was to get me the best price for my home and he did that in 2 days!! Before I found Navneet, I interviewed 6 different agents in the previous months and wasn’t happy with any of them for various reasons. Some of the agents didn’t leave a business card, didn’t send me any information prior to our meeting, didn’t leave anything with me or just read scripts off their computer. I just didn’t feel a connection to them and I felt like they didn’t want to put too much time into the meeting since I didn’t sign with them. I wanted an agent who was honest and sincere and would really care about selling my property. Since I wasn’t happy with any of the agents I found, I decided to google “Best Real Estate Agent in Brampton” and up popped Navneet. I read his reviews and researched him and decided to reach out to him. When I first spoke with him, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and very appreciative. As soon as I hung up the phone, he sent me his digital business card (which no agent has done!!) By the end of the day, he had sent me recent sold listings and active listings as well as a ton of additional information for sellers, which no previous agent had done. When I met with Navneet, he came prepared and took notes which no agent did! As soon as I met him, I knew he was the right agent. My decision to use Navneet was based off the following: - He did not read off a script and waste my time by telling me generic things that I already know by doing my research. Some agents read off a power point presentation which left me with no new information. - He showed me his active listings, some older listings and how long it was on the market. He basically showed me his portfolio and examples of homes that were staged and homes that were not staged - He explained through examples what would make a home sell faster - He explained his commission package and did not pressure me at all - While he did a walk-through of my property, he took notes and made recommendations (again, no other agent did that). I felt that the other agents did not want to waste their time by giving me advice if they weren’t going to be chosen. But Navneet gave me his advice without knowing if I would sign on with him or not - He was very honest, sincere and genuinely seemed to care - He was very knowledgeable and experienced; he discussed the different options for determining the list price of my home. Also, Navneet never told me, I will sell your home; he said I will try my best. Most of the other agents, told me they would sell my home. I would rather have an agent be honest with me than sugar coat things and give me high hopes. - When Navneet left my home, he saw another property with a “Coming Soon” Sign and even though he wasn’t awarded my listing yet, he still cared enough to tell me and said he will come up with a plan for that The next day, I told Navneet I wanted to go ahead and sign with him. He was again very appreciative and his #1 moto is that he wanted to get me the best price for my home. I knew I wanted to sell my home but I was very nervous as some of the homes in the area were not selling and some had to be terminated. In addition, the house right next to mine did not sell 2 times! It was taken off the market so I was very nervous and stressed out that mine would not sell. Navneet also knew this and said he would come up with a plan and try his best to get my property sold. He did his homework (looked into the various listings, spoke to the various agents, etc) and came up with a plan to get my property sold for the best price. I felt confident that Navneet was going to get my home sold since he was working so hard to come up with a plan. A few days later, I met with his stagers, and they were one of the nicest bunch of people I’ve ever met. They came with a wealth of information and told me exactly what I needed to do to make the home presentable to potential buyers. He also had someone come in to fix little things that needed to be fixed. Navneet ensured that everything was perfect and met his satisfaction 100%. The house looked amazing with the staging materials and the cleaner who came in to clean EVERYTHING. I felt like I didn’t want to list anymore as the house didn’t look like mine anymore! When it came time to list the property, Navneet obtained all the information needed for the MLS paperwork on his own and ensured the listing read perfectly. I didn’t have to provide anything to Navneet and was one less burden off my shoulders! Also, all the paperwork was done electronically which was an extreme time saver as we are all busy. After the house was listed and the showings came in, it was very simple to confirm showings as it’s also done electronically; no one had to call me. We had a lot of showings. During the open house, because of Navneet’s marketing and the MLS listing, we had a lot of people come to the open house. The property was listed on Thursday and the open house was on Saturday and we had 6 offers on the property by Saturday evening! The house was old for $72,000 over asking and sold in 2 days!! The house was old so quickly due to Navneet’s determination of the list price, his expertise in getting the house ready and marketing it, and his top notch negotiation skills. You want Navneet on your team for selling or buying your house. Just hearing one conversation from him and you’re in Awe of his expertise. I found Navneet through a combination of on line research and supportive reviews from others, websites for top Realtors in Brampton including Rate-my-Agent and narrowed my search to a field of 4 Agents. I then interviewed these 4 Agents in person before selecting the right person I felt we could trust to represent my family for this significant change in our life, selling our home. During the interviews I was looking for someone with observable qualities of honesty, transparency, knowledge, strategic planning and who I could see would be responsive to our specific needs. My home had already been on the market a fews months by the time I was introduced to Navneet. Due to the horrible real estate market and higher interest rates, it was becoming extremely difficult to sell my home. Watching other homes in the neighborhood "SOLD" signs; and seeing them sell their property's for way less than historical seen brought its own level of stress, this meant the longer i was in the market i would receive less for my property. I was living in a staged home for months and my stress level was off the charts.
