Navneet helped my wife and I sell our rental property in Toronto. We moved to the US years ago, so Navneet was pretty much our local representative for everything. We had a very difficult tenant who had been living in the property at a huge discount (due to Canadian rent laws), who did not want to leave. The bad tenant used every trick in the book, all the heavily biased anti-landlord laws, insults, blackmail, threats to make the process as painful as possible. Navneet kept at it, kept is calm, and guided us through the whole process. When the tenant finally left, Navneet hired contractors for all renovations (kitchen remodel with new appliances, whole house paint, cleaning, etc.), and billed us just once. We did not have to deal with any contractors ourselves. Everything was well done. Then he re-listed the house at a good price and sold the house in just a few weeks.
