I usually don't take the time to write reviews on anything, but when your expectations are exceeded beyond your wildest dreams.....it's well worth the time to let others know. In my experience, if you are looking for assistance in renting a condo in Toronto, you don't get a lot of help from real estate agents. For obvious reasons, they are only interested in helping if you are looking to buy. While I will be looking to buy in a years time, I was looking for help in renting a condo downtown. I came across Naveeda Rana from Kingsway Real Estate through a friend who recommended her. I thought out of respect for my friend I'd go through the motions and give her a call, expecting nothing. Well let me tell you, this was the best decision I ever could have made! Naveeda was incredibly friendly right off the bat and offered to personally show me several properties after determining what I was looking for. I'm not easily impressed and ended up seeing more properties then most people, but Naveeda was there to help every step of the way. I finally settled on an amazing two bedroom in the heart of the city and after some incredible negotiating from Mrs Rana, I have one of the best deals in the building! If you are looking for an agent that takes professionalism to a whole other level, then Naveeda Rana is the Superstar you are looking for!
