Nate came highly recommended by mutual friends through hockey, and initially helped me find an apartment close to a new job on the Hamilton mountain. He was super supportive and responsive, and was a great help to me as a first-time renter on my own. A year later, I asked for Nate’s help again in finding a place for my girlfriend and me. We were looking at renting in Burlington, Hamilton, Ancaster, or Stoney Creek – and had a very rough idea of what we wanted. Nate was SUPER patient with us, and accommodated our every question and concern. There were some speed bumps along the way, and Nate went over and above his responsibilities to assist us. He was an EXTREMELY valuable resource, and used his network to answer any questions he couldn’t. I admire his honesty and the respect he has for his colleagues, partners, and others in the real estate industry. We landed on a townhouse in Ancaster, and it is everything we wanted! Nate really cares about his clients and the community and neighbourhood they live in. He’s a great team player (and he knows all the good pond hockey spots)! Nate is super knowledgeable about the Oakville/Burlington/Hamilton/Dundas/Ancaster/Stoney Creek/Grimsby area, and it was a blessing to have him in our corner throughout the process. Nathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was a great help for a first time home purchase. We bought our house when the market was insanely competitive and he took the time to present our offer in person while everyone else called theirs in. This little extra touch made a difference and I don't believe we'd have our house now if that wasn't the case.
