Nathan is a helpful, always available, above and beyond kind of guy. He answered questions, does the dirty work, and gets the job done no matter what you need. For my wife and I - it was our first house and we had a LOT of questions. Despite us messaging him at random times and asking silly or minor questions, Nathan was prompt and kept his cool while he walked us through the process.

Nathan went above and beyond for us. He always kept us updated with regular communication. Through no fault of Nathan, our buying/selling process was very dynamic with a lot of complications and he handled it like an absolute CHAMP, making sure we were aware of our rights and responsibilities and always kept our best interests in mind. As far as I'm concerned, Nathan found us our forever home, and we shouldn't be needing a real estate agent til our kids are all grown up and moved out. If he's still in the business, we'll know who to call! Otherwise, we'll keep dropping his name any time local friends and family mention needing a trustworthy, quality realtor.
