Nathan is truly a 5 star professional. Buying a home in Edmonton from Denver could have been overwhelming. Nathan took the initiative and toured homes with video for me. He was able to work with me in person while I was in town to look at properties and had amazing communication between myself and the sellers. I recommend Nathan Evenson!

Nathan went above and beyond to get us our dream house. He was ready at a moments notice to video walk through any properties that came on the market we were interested in. He made house hunting from another province east and was quick to answer any logistics questions we had. He even pointed out things we would have missed and asked questions to sellers that we wouldn’t think to ask for our benefit. Very professional in his job.

Nathan was very professional and showed a lot of patience looking at multiple houses with me. He made sure my needs were prioritized and did a good job helping me get setup with everything I needed to make the purchase.
