If I could give 11 out of 5 stars, I would! Nate listened to what I wanted and lined up multiple showings each day I popped in from Vancouver. I was prepared to pay full price but I listened when he said the market was different here (in 2016) and I obtained the townhouse of my dreams for less! Full circle, 9 years later, he worked his butt off setting up my townhouse and even walking my dog when I was stuck at work and sold the townhouse this year for asking price. Buy low, sell high, same agent folks. What more could you want? I have a new slogan, "Don't hesitate. Work with Nate". You won't be disappointed!
