She gave me great tips on what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell, going room by room and giving me a precise checklist to follow. She was always reachable and we had an instant rapport. She negotiated expertly on my behalf when the initial offer came in and got me more than I was expecting when I first decided to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natasha to anyone looking for an agent. I really enjoyed that she wasnt from one of the big local firms. It felt like working with a friend.
