Within moments of us (based outside of the Province) contacting her, she was quickly engaged, very responsive, identified multiple properties that met our objectives, and within 3 days of meeting with her and visiting the properties, we had found the perfect property, which she quickly negotiated a terrific deal for us on. We had an offer in, accepted and closed in no time. Natasha went above and beyond in every respect, making our experience in finding and securing a property from half way across the country seamless - she also introduced us to all of the necessary resources in the community to ensure we have the right people engaged to help us manage our property. What can I say? Natasha was simply fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, and she was able to give us a sense of the community. She went above and beyond to help us out, giving us a great virtual tour of one of the homes to make sure it was going to be worth the effort to trek up and see it in person. Her communications were clear and wait times short. I'm happy to say she lives close to where we purchased our home so we get to be neighbors. We will stay in touch.
