Within moments of us (based outside of the Province) contacting her, she was quickly engaged, very responsive, identified multiple properties that met our objectives, and within 3 days of meeting with her and visiting the properties, we had found the perfect property, which she quickly negotiated a terrific deal for us on. What can I say? Natasha was simply fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, and she was able to give us a sense of the community. She went above and beyond to help us out, giving us a great virtual tour of one of the homes to make sure it was going to be worth the effort to trek up and see it in person.
