I had a great experience working with Natalie. I only had about two weeks before leaving the country, and she helped me find a condo in North York area within that short time. She’s very attentive and really knows the area and different condo buildings, like which ones are well-managed and built by good developers. That made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful for me. I was able to buy comfortably before leaving, and even after I was gone, Natalie handled everything, working with condo management, booking the elevator, setting up utilities, etc. It was all taken care of without any hassle on my end. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her!
