Natalie was amazing in all aspects. No question was too silly and she was very knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer she came back quickly with the answer. All emails and correspondence were answered quickly and efficiently. Natalie was a joy to work with and treated both of us like we were family. I’d highly recommend her to family and friends.

Natalie made the home-buying process easy for us, and was always prompt to respond to our queries and requests, taking the time to meet with us when convenient and was always on the lookout for properties that suited our needs. Her expertise and honesty were greatly appreciated, and we felt we were able to fully trust her opinions and suggestions after our very first conversation.

Natalie was amazing from start to finish. We needed a quick sale, with her help we were able to list in under a week. She never pushed us for a quick sale but encouraged us to hold out for the offer we felt met our goals with our sale. I can’t recommend her high enough.

We started working with Natalie on a very narrow engagement, looking for a specific condo property within a particular complex. While we ultimately were not able to find a suitable unit for purchase, Natalie continued to ask thoughtful questions in order best assess our needs and interests. Before long, we expanded the role to include other properties and neighbourhoods. While Natalie was diligent, thoughtful, and engaged throughout the process, she was also keenly attentive for pitfalls and additional opportunities to provide value for us in this transaction. Where I feel that Natalie offered the best value was her impartial approach to our transaction, providing a multitude of opportunities to walk away from a transaction (which we did once) as well as balancing a problem solving approach so that some of the imperfect aspects of a property and negotiation could be finessed to a point where we were eventually able to commit to a purchase. I would consider ourselves reluctant home owners and have only purchased real estate (in this instance) due to a combination of circumstances that presented as the most reasonable option for us. Natalie is a completely reliable professional, whom I have already referred to other friends of ours. Incredible value and a pleasure to work with.

Natalie was terrific right from the get go. We initially met her at a couple of open houses that she was hosting and it was those interactions that convinced us to hire her as our realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, always pleasant and her communication was exceptional. She worked to understand what we were looking for including those things that were really important to us as we searched for our forever home. She provided us with as many options as possible as they became available. Through the offer, purchase and closing process she was on top of things at all times always looking out for our best interests. When she handed us our keys she was as happy for us as we were for us. I would highly recommend Natalie as a realtor.

Natalie was amazing! She was patient, kind, and very quickly figured out what was important to us, and showed us many amazing homes before we made our final choice. Really appreciated everything that Natalie did.
