Me and my spouse were recommended Nas from a friend, who had him as their realtor. We were first time home buyers, and the level of understanding, calm, cool, and collect that Nas demonstrated throughout the process cannot be understated. He quickly got an idea of what our ideal home was, and would not be afraid to give opinions on if he thought a viewing fit our needs. His commitment to ensuring got the best deal we could, and were as comfortable as possible through the process was excellent. He was able to provide top tier recommendations for services we weren't prepared for such as lawyers, and home inspectors, ensuring there was no delays in the process because of our lack of experience. Nas sets unfathomly high standards for realtors. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement.

Nas has delt with our family real estate dealings over the past 10 years or so. This my latest personal one and it was what I would call pain free, professional, efficient and kind.

Nas originally helped us with purchasing our home in Cole Harbour and the entire process was made so easy. From finding the right properties for us to making the process streamlined and efficient, cannot recommend him highly enough. When selling our home, Nas was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to do the same.

He's approachable ,and he knows anything in real state matters. And easy to talk too. He explained everything, he answer all questions.
