Nancy is absolutely amazing to work with, it was like house shopping with a friend. She answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Ryan and I love our home and will definitely work with Nancy again (we would love to one day be out on an acreage). From the moment we started working with Nancy, she was fully engaged and determined to find us the perfect place to call home.Nancy took extra time going over our “must haves” and discussing items that we didn’t know we might want as a must have. She was available to us all hours of the day and answered all our first home buyer questions. My real estate agent Nancy, was very patient in helping me find the home, that I’am living in today. I say patient because it took a year to find the right home/location; being close to my work/hospital, schools, playgrounds & recreational areas, was high on my list of needs. I also needed a home to be able to entertain/visit with my large family of five married children & 12 grandchildren; very important for me! Nancy was very knowledgeable re: paperwork timelines. In trying to purchase the home, there were some ups & downs with the financials but she did an excellent job negotiating with the buyers or I would not have been able to buy the home. I recommended Nancy to my daughter Janice, to put her home on the market, 1-2 weeks the house was sold! Nancy is knowledgeable, reliable & professional!
