Nadine was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time home-buyers, searching for a house in this competitive market, while trying to navigate through the challenges Covid has brought upon us all, we were nervous. We always thought purchasing our first home would be one of the most exciting times in our lives, but were concerned some of the fun would be sucked out of things. Nadine was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, she easily made all of our worries disappear. We found our perfect home, and are so happy with how hard Nadine worked for us. We felt like we were her top priority the entire time, and continue to be so impressed with how quickly she responds to any of our questions or requests. Nadine helped my father and I sell our family farm. Nadine brought in the right people in order to assist with the sale, she was able to set and manage our expectations as well as explain all the aspects of the selling process. She made sure we were informed, that the actions taken were completely transparent, and that everything was done in order to meet our sales goals. I have known Nadine for over 10 years as a close friend of my daughter and of the family. In one of her previous jobs, at a car dealership,she was the person I went to, in helping me to purchase the type of vehicle that I wanted/needed. Her manner was very professional and dealt with me very efficiently. When I begun thinking of selling my property, my daughter suggested that I have a chat with Nadine as she was in the process of undergoing her Real Estate training. Nadine then introduced me to her mentor,Perter, as she was not qualified/licensed to handle any Real Estate transactions. Nadine worked alongside Peter in taking me through the process involved in determining the best price for the property. She was there constantly reassuring and updating me on the interest that was being generated by the roadside sign and the MLS listing that Peter had placed. As a result of her's and Peter's efforts, I was able to obtain a sale of my property within two weeks of it being listed, at the price I was asking. There wasn't a time through this period, that I did not receive support and reassurance from Nadine, she did her job above and beyond.

Nadine is very professional! Ambitious, knowledgeable and exceptionally honest with high communication skills. Nadine is the only agent you'll ever need to have. Exceeded our hopes of what we could have received for our home. Always ready and attentive especially when you need her the most. She can even assist in finding someone outside of real-estate that you may need help with from where to get the best mortgage rate to contractors to get quality and budget friendly jobs done if desired.
