Professional and knowledgeable (i.e. appliances, electrical, heating and air conditioning). Most importantly he is patient as my husband and I discussed the pros and cons during the property walk through, even willing to take us back through a couple of properties to make sure we were not missing something. First time selling our house after 47 years in one space. Our first concern re Myles (Maxwell agent) didn't do any newspaper advertising - he explained why and after we understood today's market and what we were selling agreed it wasn't necessary. Before our for sale sign was up - he had taken pictures and posted to the internet and had a call from another agent then called us to arrange a viewing.!! Myles was patient, answered all of our questions and offered advise. Between his real estate experience and his incredible knowledge of the industry he provided suggestion of how to present one's house to display its many features. He was by our side the whole way.
