We were introduced to Muzda through a friend who had recommended her to us. We were so grateful that they did! Muzda sat with us in the phone for over an hour so we could ask questions about purchasing at UBC. During the initial weeks of Covid she was relentless in helping to set up safe appointments for us, and eventually helped us to find our new home. She was thoughtful, caring, and a great negotiator. We were so happy to have gone with Muzda and have already recommended her to others.

Muzda is absolutely fantastic. She is so knowledgeable with the UBC neighborhood and building history. She is patient, flexible, and proactive. She arranged for us to see a list of properties that may meet our requirements, explained things we need to pay attention to, and helped us negotiate a good price. She thoroughly guided us through the purchase process, which is very important, because we are first time home buyers. I highly recommend Muzda.

In one word - AMAZING ! We were first time home buyers without much real estate knowledge but Muzda patiently answered all our questions and guided us through our home purchase extremely efficiently and transparently - quite like a family member. Muzda is super knowledgeable and nice and I don't think we would have been able to negotiate the discount or get over our buyer anxiety without her. She is also super responsive and helpful and it seems that she works a 24 hour shift. We will definitely recommend Muzda to others and go back to her if we need to sell or buy another place !

Muzda is warm and friendly, a joy to communicate with as she puts everyone at ease. I felt free to discuss my thoughts and concerns with her, and she was open to answering any questions that I had. She tried her best to get a deal that worked for our needs. She worked hard because she listened to what was important to us, and she got things done. I have done quite a number of Real Estate property transactions over the years in the Fraser Valley and Interior with various Realtors. When it came to Vancouver However I had no real knowledge of the market and had no Realtor that I knew. After conferring with my son who lives in the area we decided to visit the Remax office near his house where we met Agent Muzda Stenner. We could not have been more fortunate. She was fantastic to work with and understood our needs, and did a super job showing us many properties is our area of interest. We were so impressed with how she made sure we saw all that was available so we could make an informed decision. When we made our decision she made sure we got nothing but the best and negotiated inclusions in the deal that we were convinced only she could have got done. She has been there for us at every step of the transaction and we could absolutely not been more fortunate to have landed on such a knowledgeable and helpful Real Estate agent! She is by far the most qualified Realtor that I have ever had the experience to work with and I have done a conciderable amount of Real Estate transactions over the years.
