My experience with Mr. Mushahid Bangash is very good, he never fails any of his appointment with us. He is always happy to answer our calls and no matter the distance he is always present. He shows us the best houses and explains things we don't understand. I really like him and would introduce him to my friends and family and would also like to work with him in the nearest future.

This is my second home I have purchased in Canada and have dealt with realtors in the past for different reasons and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Mushahid is THE BEST REALTOR I have worked with in my life across UAE and Canada. Let me start by saying: we were moving from Vancouver as novice buyers not really interested but just wanted to see and he went above and beyond knowing he would probably not close a sale. He picked us up dropped us back. Every home we saw while we checked things like space and beauty he was busy checking the pipes and all the things that we as buyers wouldn't know. He spoke with me throughout even after we purchased he checked up on us weekly. Dam he even gifted us a BBQ set and their company a gift box. What an amazing experience. I would never ever question working with Mushahid again. This is what realtors should be like. Relationship focused. Wanting to give you a good home and a good experience and not about wanting to make a quick buck
