I have known Monique for many years; this is the first time I have used her as a realtor. I was planning a big move from BC back to my roots in Ontario. I was beyond impressed with her expertise and thoroughness. She is a true professional and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Monique was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She made buying our first home smooth, comfortable, and informative with regards to what our wants and needs were. That also being said, she gave us great insight as to what we didnt even know we needed to fit the lifestyle we have. She is kind, honest and very well informed about the properties and demographics of each neighbourhood we looked into before deciding on the right property to fit our needs.
