Monika was a real pleasure to deal with.She was in constant contact with me,and was very quick to act on any listings I was interested in.Monika also viewed some homes for me to save me spending money on ferries for listings that weren’t quite as shown with photos.I really appreciated her not trying to talk me into a sale that didn’t meet my needs.Monika was very efficient and professional through the whole process of finding my new home.I highly recommend her and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again if the need arose.

Monika was referred to us by our Kelowna realtor and since we had bought and sold a few times with him, we knew the referral was gold. She proved to be a gem! Five stars aren't enough to describe Monika's work ethic and level of professionalism. I'm in sales and to find this type of service rare. If you're lucky enough to retain her to buy or sell consider yourself lucky!
