One of my good friends had highly recommended Mona to be our realtor. When we first met her she had great energy, she was friendly, genuine and always kept things upfront. Being first time home buyers was really overwhelming, but Mona guided us thru the whole process, making the whole process easier and making it an enjoyable experience. She got to know us, listened to our wish list and added things in that we never thought of or that we needed. She was always honest and call things out as she saw them good or bad, but she was never pushy which we really appreciated. I have to say that when I did see the name Property Matchmaker I was a little bit of a skeptic. But she did promise us that she wouldn't let us just settle on any house and I trusted her word. The Property Matchmaker and her word kept true! The first time we stepped into our house it really felt like our home. Everything felt right. And we put in an offer. Now don't let her sweet personality fool you, this is where she asked me again to trust her and she pushed hard and got the offer we wanted. I have to add this, Mona has a great set of contacts and contractors that had the same genuine and caring personality that she had for her clients. Again nothing was ever forced but if we were ever looking for an inspector, lock smith, plumber ect... She has amazing referrals.
