Mona Kapoor was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond while getting my house ready for sale. She did a great job of staging the place to get it looking upto date. She negotiated well to get the best price for the house and it sold quickly. She also helped me find my new house. She had great insight about the places we looked at and was very responsive to our needs. She knew the market and the neighbourhoods and pros and cons of each house we looked at. She was very patient and never pushy. She found the perfect place at a fantastic price. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in Calgary.

Mona was extremely helpful in our home search. She never rushed during the showings. She would get into the tiny details. The best thing I liked is her ability to communicate with the sellers realtor and convince that the buyer is extremely serious about the offer.
