First time home buyer here – this experience is intimidating in the current market! I am glad that we had Mitchell as our representative and guide throughout the process. When it came to a last-minute viewing or a quick chat about the documents, Mitchell always made time for us. Mitchell carries himself professionally and has a pleasantly calm and kind demeanor. His communication was precise and informative while maintaining an admirable level of patience. Mitchell came through for us during our post-offer acceptance negotiations, amending move-in dates, and again after our possession date to ensure that everything within the agreement was accounted for (a missing washer/dryer)! I highly recommend Mitchell to all potential home buyers/sellers.

Mitch was always there to answer any questions we had at any time of day. He set up viewings right away. He always went above and beyond and fought for us as buyers to find us the perfect house.
