Miranda Caldwell helped us with our first home purchase in July 2019, and the experience was top notch. I would recommend her to anyone seeking someone they can trust, and who truly has their best interests at heart. The support, guidance, and expertise we received throughout the process made it a comfortable and fun experience! From the start, Miranda took the time to dive deep into our vision, our high priority needs, and our lower priority wants. She made sure to provide as much information on the market as possible to help align our expectations. Automated e-mails were setup to send listings that met out specs, and she even took the time to point out ones we would me most interested in. We did a ton of viewings and Miranda helped us get them booked on time, and frequently, so we never felt we weren’t seeing enough options. She also provided historical information on close prices so we always had a good idea if a particular properly was actually within reach - important as the market in Toronto typically sees properties close much higher than asking. Lastly, Miranda was super helpful in helping us understand the offer and closing process, and coordinating everything along the way. She was there with us til the end and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Miranda to anyone seeking a realtor!

Miranda was excellent. Arrived in Toronto from Ottawa on Thursday the 4th of July in the afternoon looking to rent a place on the 1st of August on the waterfront. Tried to setup viewings on Thursday in the evening and Friday without much success. Also didn't realize that I was dealing with other realtors when I contacted people to view their units. Miranda was only one of two realtors out of the dozen or so I spoke and texted with that was upfront about being a realtor and the process of using a realtor to rent a unit. I let her know that I had to have a lease signed by the 9th of July since I was leaving on the 10th. I spoke with her on the phone on Friday evening, she arranged for viewing of four units on Saturday morning and I had selected a unit by Saturday afternoon. She took the time to ask me questions to find out what I was looking for and was able to find units that I wasn't aware were available. Eventually, I selected a neighbourhood that I hadn't even considered because of the amenities I was seeking and the lifestyle I lead. Unit was also within my budget and she was able to provide an incredible amount of local knowledge of the area. I would use Miranda again to rent or buy without hesitation and have recommended her to my friends and colleagues should they be moving to Toronto and looking for a place to live.

Miranda went above and beyond as our realtor! She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and had excellent communication. She made the process simple and stress-free for us. She also has great contacts within the industry and referred us to our lawyer and mortgage broker. If you want a realtor you can trust, go with Miranda!
