Mira Marion is an excellent agent. She guided me throughout the process. She knew that the market is slow and that there are so many properties listed in the same area of the property I was selling. She visited the property promptly, took pictures, did research and discussed her findings with me. She informed me on scheduled showings and updated me with the results and feedback from those showings. We discussed pros and cons of improving the property based on comments of potential buyers to be able to sell at a higher cost. She communicates promptly and has good negotiation skills. In spite of the negative factors , Mira sold the property within the value and the time frame I expected. She is very easy to deal with and very professional.
