Minh is amazing. He helped my family both purchase and sell our house. The purchase process was super easy and he took time to explain every single steps during the process. The market was crazy and not beneficial to buyers but managed it through and we won our deal over other offers. The selling process was even better. He set up a consultation meeting with us and explained the important of curb appeal, tell us what to do before we list the house on the market, ordered stager to boost the value of our house. On top of that, because of COVID-19, he took safety measures to another level. He prepared hand sanitizer, gloves, disinfectant wipes and a safety guide for everyone who visited the house. Finally, our house was sold in just a few days. We will definitely use him again for our future real estate needs and thank you Minh for your amazing service.
