As we have purchased and sold over a handful of properties in the past, to us having a realtor with “˜Top Producer” and/or “Awards” given by the brokerage have never crossed our mind as a notion of importance. To us, it was nothing more but pure marketing. However, since meeting Ming, we now truly understand the capabilities, hard work, and professionalism of what an Award winning Top Producer can provide in service. Background: Our home, with a wonderful tenant who has decided to move back home is ready for sale. In preparation for my tenants departure we elected to sell our home with another realtor but failed to receive a single offer in a three week timeline. We took the home off the market as we did not want to continue to create further nuisance for our tenant from showings during this Covid pandemic. Selection: We met Ming through an open house in search of a home for my parents. He has been a recognizable figure in our community of Oak ridges since we moved into the neighbourhood a few years back. In the immediate succession of the visit, Ming was able to help my parents close the home (sold firm) in a matter of days, happily sold and bought. We asked Ming to help my parents with the sale of their home due to his effectiveness of the purchased home, he kindly accepted. Ming worked diligently from marketing, to personally help stage the property, to the final sale of the property completed in a total of eight days. Again, happily sold and purchased by both parties. With the success of our parents' real-estate endeavours we asked Ming to take on our property. Given that we do not create hardships for our tenant, We need to sell the property in a timely manner, and most importantly this deal needs to be a Happy deal for all three parties: Buyer, Tenant, and Us the sellers. He kindly agreed with utmost confidence. Process: Through leveraging his network and expertise he booked a single showing for our property. The unit was shown within 12 hours of signing to a family looking in the neighbourhood. To our disbelieve a deal was negotiated in a matter of hours, and was sold firm within 24 hours. It was unbelievable and he has met all of my asks and more. We now understand the true definition of what an All Star Realtor is. Ming’s capabilities in providing guidance, effectiveness from beginning to end of the selling/purchasing life cycle, immediate feedback and communication to all parties, and most importantly his relentless nature to provide his quality service was a first time experience for my parents, my wife, and I. We happily promote any buyer/seller to leverage Ming’s professional expertise for their real-estate needs and home endeavours.
