I had an excellent experience working with Minas while exploring a potential move from Southern BC to the Leduc, Alberta area. Communication was outstanding from start to finish—clear, timely, and informative at every step. Minas took the time to introduce me not only to Leduc, but also to surrounding communities, providing valuable insight into each area. I also really appreciated that they discussed rental options as well, which was helpful given the flexibility I may need while balancing work and life commitments. Although I haven’t made the move yet due to work-life considerations, we’ve stayed in touch, and I’ve never felt rushed or pressured. That level of professionalism, patience, and genuine support speaks volumes. If you’re considering a move to the Leduc area—especially from out of province—I would highly recommend Minas. An excellent resource and a pleasure to work with.

We enjoyed our experience buying a home with Minas in June-July 2025. Minas is very up to date with the current tools and software used in the real estate market. He has the skills needed to acquire and process home sale media by himself (drone, digital image processing), which is so instrumental when selling one's home. I would recommend Minas for a home purchase and sale.
