I purchased a presale condo in early 2021 with Milton's help, and the project completed in 2024. At the time, I felt optimistic about the opportunity, but over time, the experience became more stressful than I had expected. Looking back, I realize that I didn't have a full understanding of the risks involved with buying presale. While I take responsibility for my decision, I would have valued more in-depth guidance during the process to help me make a more informed choice. This experience didn't meet my expectations, and based on how things unfolded, I personally would not choose to work with Milton again. This is just my personal reflection on the process. This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have had different outcomes.

As a first time home buyer, the entire process of buying a home was a bit overwhelming. Thanks to Milton and his expertise, I was able to find the perfect first home! Milton was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns, and was there anytime I needed help. He was very patient, and I never felt any pressure or rushed to make a decision.
