Milan Starcic was very outstanding with selling our cabin at Mt. Baldy. He told us what the price range would be because we did not have a clue. And he sold it for top dollar. He was outstanding. He came back and forth to our house for we could not get down to his office. Mary Ime from Remax suggested him to us and she even called a few times to ask us if he was doing a good job or not.

Great experience. We had been looking and working with Milan for about a year. We owned a property in Prince George however we had not listed it yet. Due to the hot market in Oliver "subject to sale of our property" was not well received and we would loose out with the 72 hour clause.
