Milana was exactly what we needed. Quick, knowledgeable, efficient, professional. In 1.5 weeks, our condo was ready for photos/video, a couple days later it was listed. 1 week later it was sold over asking. The entire process took about 3 weeks, all following strict covid procedures! And we have a demanding 20 month old!

My husband and I have been working with Milana since we started looking for our first home in 2004. Since then we have bought and sold 3 houses with her and would NEVER consider using anyone else. When looking for a new home, Milana recognizes what her clients' need and works tirelessly to find it. When she's selling a home, her experience with regards to market analysis/knowledge and timing is second to none. She's understanding, honest, and most importantly, trustworthy. I know that when we work with Milana she ALWAYS has our best interest in mind.

Milana spent a lot of time helping us find the house we wanted. She was very patient with our long list of "wants". She knew all the right people to get our house ready to sell and we were able to sell quickly and above asking price. After we moved in, she stayed in touch to see if we needed anything. I would certainly choose Milana again if we decided to move.
