Milad was very knowledgeable and practical regarding the real estate market. His information was very helpful to me during the listibg and selling process. I would definitely work with him again. Another great factor was that he works closely with a team and this got my home great exposure.

Milad and his team are liars!!! They cannot be trusted with anything they say. The verbal agreement that we had with his team member (Zach Zhang) was completely turned around after the completion of the deal. Money that was verbally promised to us is now refused by them. Initially Zach said the money would be paid within 10 days. 10 days past and nothing. He didn't pick up his phone and didn't reply to messages when we wanted to follow up. We used a different phone number and finally got a hold of Zach and he gave us some b.s. excuse about the boss (Milad) didn't allow the money to be given back that to us. So we called Milad to find out more and he claimed he had no knowledge of the agreement, meaning he's either a) bad boss and don't want to be responsible for anything his team is doing or b) he's in on the scam. After we spoke to Milad, Zach changed his mind and said there was no verbal agreement to begin with. Which is a complete LIE!!! I understand that it was our fault for not having the verbal agreement written down and signed but we thought these realtors can be trusted. Apparently they cannot, and they are absolute liars. We'll have to see if our text messages are enough to pursue any legal actions. So this is just a warning to everyone out there thinking of working and dealing with Milad and his team. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I just don't want anyone to have to go through the stress that we have been through over the last month.
