Mike made a fabulous colour handout for prospective buyers and took fantastic photo's of my property for sale. He held many Open Houses and followed up with all the agents that came through for all the appointments.<br /> Mike is very personable, funny and a wonderful communicator.<br /> A real 'people' person !<br /> Highly recommend Mike, he's a fantastic agent who will really help you.</p>

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers, my husband and I had several questions throughout the process and Mike was patient and helped to thoroughly explain all aspects of the process. As a wonderful bonus, he's incredibly knowledgeable about home renovations and thus was able to help us estimate the amount of work and approximate costs required to update each property we viewed. Ultimately, we purchased a home in our dream neighbourhood for under the asking price thanks to Mike's skilled negotiations. I was hesitant about his suggested starting price for the negotiations (I nervously suggested a higher starting bid, worried we might lose the property) but Mike read the situation properly and negotiated beautifully. We ended up getting the home on our desired closing date and for the amount Mike had originally suggested! I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will absolutely use Mike again for my next sale and purchase and I would strongly encourage everyone else to do the same - particularly first time buyers. He's patient, responsive, and knowledgeable - the ideal agent!
