Mike Litorco is outstanding,professional,punctual,and very caring. He always showed that he would go the extra mile to make things happen,even if it meant working incredible hours. I would have Mike as my Realator again and give referrals to family or friends. I think one day his picture will be on a Billboard advertising Real Estate.

From the get go, Mike was outstanding, asking a bunch of qualifying questions regarding what we were looking for and what our price range was for our new home. He took time to search out a few options for homes for us to review and view. During viewings he listened to our feedback and also offered some sound advice regarding the properties that we looked at. A key thing that we appreciated that if he didn't know the answer for a question that we had he didn't hesitate to tell us that he didn't know and that he would consult his team to get the correct answer so as to not misinform us during the purchase process. His professionalism was second to none, he always showed up on time and well prepared and versed on the properties that we had interests in. If we had to go through the entire process again, we would not hesitate to enlist Mikes services again as his positivity and enthusiasm made our home buying process an enjoyable one even with some of the frustrations we dealt with on one of the properties that we placed a bid in on (the issue with the property was completely on the sellers end but Mike was still extremely diligent with trying to get us solid and timely answers from the seller). Mike took the time to follow up post purchase and his concerns and questions were genuine and didn't feel like he was doing it because "it was his job", it felt as tho he was following up because he wanted to and that means a lot. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Mike to anyone looking to have a smooth and fun buying experience, his knowledge, enthusiasm, sense of humor and general attitude make him extremely easy to work with and makes an other wise potentially stressful process easy to get through with confidence.
