Mike is a super authentic guy and really went out his way to help me. He never pushed an agenda and always listened to mine. He was super supportive and knowledgeable to me multiple times in the processes of buying my place. I cannot recommend him enough and continue to sing his praises when I hear of someone in need of a real estate agent.

Mike was instrumental in our purchase of our new home in Sooke, BC. Why? Well let me count the ways... He was an infinetely patient agent who took our meticulous nature in stride, as we viewed many homes remotely from Ontario, He was always available any time we wished him to view yet another property on our behalf. He followed through with our offers (some unsuccessful) and reported on market value, assessed property value, as well as other factors. All of these were instrumental in our decision-making. He provided advice on the (at times) difficult process of home ownership, including the technical, logistical and regulatory alleys of such an acquisition. He expertly recommended the services of many other related professionals that we, being out province, would not have been able to source on our own.
