Mike and Marko helped me sell my condo and buy a new one. Mike was the one I mainly worked with and he went above and beyond my expectations. He had excellent communication and always tried to get back to me as quickly as he could, usually within minutes. He was extremely patient with my thousands of questions and very professional. We sold my home quicker than I anticipated in a community where condos don’t typically sell this fast and he did not pressure me to give my home away for nothing. He took me to lots of viewings to help me find the home that would work and when it came time to put in an offer for my now new home, he did an amazing job and negotiated an amazing price for the purchase of my new home. What I really appreciated about Mike as opposed to a random realtor from Edmonton is that he knows Leduc neighbourhoods. He had excellent knowledge of homes and what to look for and what were red flags. He helped educate me on the pros and cons of different neighbourhoods so I could really make an informed decision. If I haven’t convinced you to hire him, that’s not even all! When we had one hiccup when possession day came, he responded even though technically his duties were done. He came out and helped and continued to advocate for me with the sellers realtor for compensation of said hiccup. While I really hope I never have to move again, if I did have to sell, I would for sure hire Mike again. While I didn’t have much dealings with Marko, the ones I had were always professional and friendly. To sum up, if you are looking for a friendly, patient, professional realtor who will give 110%, Mike is the realtor for you.
