Miguel was very professional and was able to guide us in staging our home so our listing had impressive looking pictures and sold within 4 days! In terms of buying we had very specific needs for our family and he showed us everything we thought we wanted to see but in the end we bought a home he suggested based on what he learned our family dynamics needed and we are very happy with our purchase!

It’s long but please read because it’s worth it! I would absolutely recommend Miguel for what can be the biggest and most important decision of someone’s life. Selling a home can be a very difficult and emotional time for someone so having an agent who isn’t about the money is very important. You need someone who is there for you and listens to what you need and want. But listen to him too because he knows what he’s talking about. You might think you know what you could get for your property but the market dictates and can change on a dime. And Miguel knows and understands the market! I contacted Miguel to sell my condo. I needed to sell it for personal and financial reasons. From the first meeting when he brought all of his research, he advised against listing at this time. He was very honest about the state of the market and how difficult it would be to sell in the current market. I had five things working against me! I insisted with listing it because I needed the money from the sale so he proceeded to do a lot of work to prep the listing. And again after doing all the work he recommended that I try to keep the condo and referred me to someone who could help with my financial situation. I was hesitant but I contacted his person and a solution was presented to me that would allow me to keep it. I never wanted to sell but I needed to and because of Miguel and the fact that he’s an exceptionally good person who was genuinely more concerned with what was in my best interest rather than collecting a commission from my sale, I was able to pull the listing and keep my condo. We live in a world where people are out for themselves and who need or want to make money and Miguel is a rarity amongst the norm. His persistence with his advice changed my life and I will forever be in his debt. His advice was to his own professional detriment but that’s just Miguel. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and he wasn’t willing to let a friend take a huge financial loss for his own benefit. He is so much more than an agent. He treats everyone he deals with as a new friend and someone he genuinely cares about. When we’re talking about a real estate commission that, let’s be real, none of us want to pay because we work very hard for our homes and we want to lose as little in “fees” as possible. But when it comes to who you want to trust with that transaction, Miguel should be the first name that comes to mind. He won’t just sell your home but you’ll probably end up inviting him to your next housewarming party because by then he’ll be a part of your family. I can’t say enough good things about him! 😍
