Michelle is experienced, capable, practical and above all, conscientious with respect to handling a purchase or a sale. Michelle provides excellent guidance from the first meeting to the final walk through, all while being a trusted professional. Michelle's attention to detail is impeccable and second to none and is displayed not only in review of the real estate documents and agreements, but also in assisting with listing a home or showing a potential home to purchasers. My wife and I have used Michelle's services on multiple occasions and I cannot be more clear: Michelle is the best residential real estate agent I have worked with in my personal or professional capacity.

Michelle is an excellent agent. I would not hesitate to engage her again and most certainly would recommend her to others. She went above and beyond in all aspects of her work with us. We looked at several houses before arriving at the one we chose. For each house she was candid about any shortcomings or concerns with the house or neighbourhood to ensure that we were making our decision with eyes wide open. I am not a quick decision-maker when it comes to house buying - despite this, Michelle was patient and I never felt pressured. She is no less than excellent at what she does.

We were very happy with Michelle’s service. In fact we looked at houses for a period of 5 or 6 years, before we finally decided on a house that was perfect for us! She was supportive and patient-always happy to get our call when we were ready to look at another house. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!!
